Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions? We have answers. Here are some of the most common queries we receive.

Supported living is a service designed to help adults with a range of needs retain their independence. In our model, individuals hold their own tenancy within a high-quality home that we lease and manage. This provides the security of a well-maintained property combined with a flexible care package built around specific needs, from a few hours a week to 24/7 support.

Our support plans are co-created with the individual at the center of the process. We work closely with the person, their family, social workers, and any other relevant parties to conduct a thorough assessment of their needs, wishes, and goals. This collaborative approach ensures the plan is truly person-centred and effective.

Absolutely. We believe that family involvement is crucial for a holistic support system. We encourage and facilitate regular communication and participation from family members, ensuring they are kept informed and involved in decision-making, always respecting the wishes and confidentiality of the individual we support.

We support individuals to pursue their own interests and hobbies. Activities are based on personal choice and can range from in-house pastimes like arts, crafts, and cooking, to community-based activities such as attending college, volunteering, joining clubs, going to the cinema, or participating in local events. The goal is to enrich lives and foster community integration.
